The Paper 2 of 31st Annual 1st Year Pharmacy Technician (B- Category) Examination held on 26 April 2026, is available below. This examination was conducted under the Punjab Pharmacy Council through NTS.
Subjects Included in Paper 2 Pharmacy Technician ( B- Category):
- Pharmacognosy
- Pharmaceutics-I
The paper of pharmacy technician consists of 50 MCQs ( each MCQ carries 1 mark) and 10 SEQs ( each SEQ carries 5 marks with no choice), making a total of 100 marks.
Minimum 50% marks are required to pass each Paper of 1st Year Pharmacy Technician ( B category).
Paper 2 of Pharmacy Technician Review & Distribution:
The paper was overall easy and student-friendly. Most questions were directly from course books
Objective (MCQs) Distribution:
- Pharmacognosy: 25 MCQs
- Pharmaceutics-I: 25 MCQs
Subjective (SEQs) Distribution:
- Pharmacognosy: 5 SEQs
- Pharmaceutics-I: 5 SEQs
Overall, the paper was well within the syllabus
